Terms of Service - Toast of a Lifetime

Toast of a Lifetime is a digital keepsake service operated by Zephyra Brands LLC, 2106 House Ave Suite 733, Cheyenne, WY 82001. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying. A personal digital keepsake: a written tribute composed from the answers you provide, typeset in three editions, delivered as digital files (plus narrated audio on the Keepsake edition) within 48 hours of your final answer.

Your words. You confirm the answers you submit are your own (or submitted with the knowledge of the person answering, for gift orders - the recipient answers in their own words). You keep all rights to your stories; you grant us only the limited license needed to compose, typeset, and deliver your keepsake.

Your license. Your keepsake is yours forever, for personal use - read it, print it, frame it, share it with your family. It may not be resold or used commercially.

Our promise. Nothing invented: your toast is built only from what you tell us, with your phrases woven in verbatim. If it doesn't sound like you, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies (see Refund Policy).

Timing. The 48-hour clock starts when your final answer is submitted, not at checkout. If we ever miss it, write to us and we'll make it right.
